The Red Series dissects mental illness for what it really is. While we like to glorify and normalize our unhealthy thoughts and behaviours, we must remember that it debilitates us from our full potential. Growing up with anxiety, anorexia, and depression had stunted me from many things, but I now thank them as I have been able to express them artistically and create a community that can heal together.
